Big Smiles Care Discount Plan – Affordable Dental Care
For patients without insurance, Spa Creek Dental proudly offers the Big Smiles Care Discount Plan. This plan is designed to provide affordable access to dental care, ensuring that finances are not a barrier to maintaining your oral health.
With the Big Smiles Care Discount Plan, you can enjoy discounted rates on a wide range of treatments, all while benefiting from an easy enrollment process. It is a simple and effective way to prioritize your dental well-being without the need for insurance.

Value Savings Package
Our value savings package includes the cost of a range of preventive care services. Patients can expect a further discount upon renewing their membership each year.

First Year: $759 (approximately $63.25/month, $2.11/per day with CareCredit approval for the 12-month no-interest plan)

Renewals: $639 (approximately $53.25/month, $1.77/per day with CareCredit approval for the 12-month no-interest plan)
With our Big Smiles Care Dental Plan, you can save up to $340 annually. CareCredit® financing options are also available for 12-month, no-interest payments upon approval, making it a convenient and accessible option for our patients.
Annual Preventive Care Services:
- Two (2) oral evaluations
- Full-mouth X-rays (plus additional as needed)
- Two (2) professional dental cleanings (prophylaxis)
- Two (2) fluoride treatments
- First exam deep cleaning (if needed) – additional $75.
Payment Options
- Pay in full upon enrollment.
- Bi-annual payment plans available.
