Note: We do NOT see patients at this location. We are a mobile dental and podiatry service, so we travel to you to treat patients at your care community.

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
After Hours Urgent Needs
If you have an urgent dental or podiatry issue and need to talk to our healthcare providers after our regular hours, please call our office at (267) 691-2800. Your call will be returned promptly.
Insurance / Payment / Billing
Spa Creek Health is a fee-for-service company. One hundred percent (100%) of our fees are communicated and agreed-upon prior to treatment. All visits are billed upon completion of treatment and are due upon receipt.
We will submit insurance claims on behalf of our patients as an out-of-network provider. All insurance estimates are an approximation of coverage, and patients are responsible for any amount not paid by their insurance company. For example, Medicare typically does not cover dental care. For services not covered by insurance, we accept most major credit cards.
